Blue Line Foundation provides scholarships to graduating seniors and college students of law enforcement families or those intending to pursue a career in law enforcement.
The Blue Line Foundation Scholarship Program provides a scholarship every year to a graduating high school senior or college student who is a child of a currently serving or retired law enforcement officer or a child of a fallen officer. The Blue Line Foundation also provides a scholarship each year to a graduating high school senior or college student who will be pursuing a degree in a law enforcement related field. These scholarships are available to students who reside in the Northern California Central Valley.
To apply for this scholarship, please download and fill out the application. Then either mail or scan and email it to Blue Line Foundation (email and address below). All applications must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
- Applicants must be a current graduating high school student who will be enrolled on a full-time basis in a college or university in the fall of the same graduating year; a current full time college student.
- Applicants can also apply for a scholarship to assist with any law enforcement academy expenses as well.
- All applicants must demonstrate a desire to study in the areas of law enforcement, criminal justice, forensic science or other related field, or must be a child of a current, retired or fallen law enforcement officer. - Applicants can apply their senior year in high school and every year throughout college graduation, but only allowed to receive the scholarship one time.
- Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher with a demonstrated record of good attendance, involvement in extracurricular activities as well as community service projects.
- Each applicant must supply two letters of recommendation from a teacher/professor and or a professional mentor or leader.
